Autumn is on the way and by the time you read this I hope we’ve had some much longed for rain after such a scorcher of a summer. The clocks go back on 25th October and there will be much darker evenings. But that’s not quite yet so let’s hope we get an Indian summer as well as some rain! Articles inside the magazine to inspire you into action this time include how to make your everyday meals taste like restaurant food, why we should learn new skills and take up new hobbies as we age and advice on interpreting those university rankings if that’s where your child will be heading next year. Plus, the articles from our usual contributors Crowthorne Hypnotherapy and The Village Grapevine, well received, read and enjoyed each issue.

And of course each issue is also full of local businesses, services, societies and charities making it easy to shop locally so when you do contact them for whatever you need, please let them know where you found them.

If you’d like to promote your business, charity or society in the next issue then please get in touch by mid October to be in the Nov/Dec (Christmas) magazine.13,000 households across Yateley, Crowthorne, Sandhurst, College Town, Owlsmoor, Blackwater/Darby Green and Little Sandhurst will receive their copy in November. Professional artwork is included with our discounted prices (see page 38 for details).
